Lawn Fawn Fox Christmas Card

I think this was my favourite card of my Lawn Fawn experiments this Christmas!
Cardmaking will never be the same now I've discovered the partial diecutting technique, this was my first attempt at it and it turned out really well and set my mind working overtime on other possibilities.

I sponged the blue background over some white embossed snow (from Stampin' Up! White Christmas) and raised up the whole front of the card on dimensionals before mounting it on a red base. I love the clean simple look of this technique and the contrast of white and bright colours.

Joy to the Woods Baubles

I just love the little baubles in the Joy to the Woods set, and coloured them and added some Diamond Glaze to the centre of each before mounting them on a hand-drawn "string" with some dimensionals. This was another card that I wanted to keep! (But managed to give away after all ;) The trees are from the Happy Camper set.

Baubles Card

I loved colouring these baubles, adding light and shade, using both Copics and Blendabilities, but when they were done I wasn't quite sure how I wanted to display them on a card. They sat on my desk for a few days until I was tidying up and grabbed my old favourite pine branch from the Stampin' Up! Peaceful Wishes set and stamped it on green for a quick solution.

Baubles: American Crafts ($4.00 well spent!)

Lawn Fawn Little Snowman

How cute is this little guy?
The smaller of the two snowmen in the Lawn Fawn Frosty Friends is just adorable.
This was a quick and easy card but one of my favourites!

Lawn Fawn Joy to the Woods Scene

After playing with the Lawn Fawn Frosty Friends I moved on to the Joy to the Woods set. I love the birch tree branches and the little birdhouse and holly, so much fun.

Snowglobe tree card

Another of my favourite cards of this Christmas, although photographed in a hurry.
I always love white silhouettes against blue, plus a little red, so this came together very quickly.

Memory Box: tree, birds
Impression Obsession: Snow Globe
Stampin' Up!: greeting
I added some white pen snowflakes and used the pen to trace over the greeting which hadn't turned out well using an old white inkpad.

Leaping Deer Card

I love this leaping deer cut on gold foil card, along with Stampin' Up! colours.
I was really happy with the way this card turned out, it would be a good one to produce en masse.
Trouble is, I like making 80 different cards each year!

Lawn Fawn Frosty Friends Snowman

Lately I've been a little obsessed with Lawn Fawn stamps & dies.
This was one of my first creations, one of my favourite cards this Christmas.

Stay tuned for more of my designs using the Lawn Fawn stamps, I've got one coming each day for the next few days!
